Steps
Split the English muffin and put a thick slice of cheese on either side
Use a fork to split the English Muffin, then place the two split halves face-up on the solid baking pan for the toaster oven. Slice two large piece of cheese, enough to cover the tops of the muffin

Half-toast the English Muffin until cheese is starting to soften
Using the "toast" setting in the toaster oven, toast the cheesy english muffin until the cheese is getting soft across its top, but isn't yet fully melted

Cut the strip of bacon in half and place onto the pan
Slice a strip of bacon into two halves, then lay them side-by-side near the middle of the frying pan.

Lightly pepper the bacon
Grind about a teaspoon of black pepper onto the bacon in the pan

Fry the bacon on medium-high heat, flipping
Using a constant medium-high heat, fry the bacon, flipping every 30 seconds or so until the bacon is starting to crisp at its edges

Season the melty cheese on the english muffins
Once the cheese is starting to melt, slide the english muffins out from the toaster oven and sprinkle onion powder and garlic powder onto the cheese

Finish toasting the english muffins
Placing the cheesy english muffins back into the toaster oven, resume toasting until the cheese has entirely melted and browning is appearing on its edges and peaks

Remove cooked bacon from pan onto cheesy muffins
Once the bacon edges are starting to crisp, use tongs to remove the strips from the pan and place them side-by-side on top of one of the english muffin halves in the toaster oven.

Crack egg into pan and season
Crack an egg into the bacon grease on the pan, then sprinkle salt and black pepper all across it, oregano over the whites, and chili powder over the yolk.

Fry the egg for ~1 minute on each side
At the 1 minute mark, flip the egg, taking care to try and not break the yolk.

Remove egg onto english muffin and add hot sauce.
When the yolk is just reaching semi-solid, turn off the heat and use a spatula to place the fried egg onto the english muffin half without the bacon. If so inclined, add a dash of hot sauce on top of the egg, then close the sandwich with the bacon-side on top.
